8th Year...
Of Maintaining FSR 89 from the Peck Mine to the Goat Ranch has begun. Will take about 6 to 8 weeks as usual. Cold refreshing drinks are always welcome; makes me stop and take a break. Although the calendar says May, yesterday felt more like a mid-February day.
Forest traffic seems to be down by at least 50% over prior years.
